Hatching new scientists every day!

Week 2: Indoor Shadows

This week children will create shadows indoors using lamps and flashlights. They’ll discover how to change a shadow’s shape, size, and position by moving the object that’s casting the shadow or by moving the light source. They’ll also learn to recognize an object’s shadow and match it to the object that is making it.
