Investigate Trees and Plants

Children will spend time outside investigating trees, plants, roots, branches, leaves, and more. They will go on a “Plant Walk,” collect and sort plant and tree parts, make a nature collage, and develop an appreciation for the natural world around us.

Go outside and see what plants are in the neighborhood.

Look closely at plants growing in a small area.
