Mini Water Center

Experiment with smaller tubs of water.

Materials

3 or 4 large tubs or buckets of water, preferably transparent plastic
plastic cups, containers, and bottles of different sizes

Directions

Cover the floor with plastic. Put newspapers or towels on top. Arrange buckets and tubs on top. Since all children can’t comfortably play at the Water Table together, use the Mini Water Center for a smaller group of children. Children may want to borrow additional water tools from the Water Table area. Allow children to explore freely, without specific instructions.
